Sales Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from new lead generation through close of sale, in a nationwide territory. In addition, you will work with the VP of Marketing and Sales to generate new revenue and to achieve long-term business goals in line with AccountSight’s vision and values.

To be successful in this position, you must be self-motivated, high-energy and competitive, with established relationships that can be leveraged to gather qualifying information, to uncover needs, and to generate sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), onsite visits, referral partnerships, networking, and industry events

• Displaying and/or demonstrating product value and benefit by contacting prospective clients by phone and Internet

• Working independently within established guidelines towards building client relationships and closing sales cycles

• Aggressively prospect into corporations across the country

• Heavy B2B prospecting by telephone and email

• Lead generation for AccountSight products and services

• Prospect/sales opportunity qualification

• Handling and overcoming objections

• Ensure excellent service and support to prospects and customers

• Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Excellent prospecting, communication, and written skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• 2+ years in software sales with proven history of success closing business

• SaaS experience a plus • Self-Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer-Focused

• Experience in referral partner relationships, generating new business and building a customer base

• Self-motivated to make a large number of phone calls per day

• Ability to develop effective approaches to convert sales leads to opportunities

• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
