Initial Setup Steps

Company Setting

Use Company sub tab within the Settings tab to personalize the AccountSight software to reflect your brand.

It is highly recommended that you upload your own logo as it will be displayed on online timesheets, expenses, invoices and reports.

Time and Expense Setting

Only the number of subscribed users in the company setup is required prior to setting up the time and expenses.

If you need to set up the customer manager as the approver on the printed timesheet, you must enter him/her as customer contact and select as customer manager on the project.

Invoice Settings

The following diagram shows the required setup for invoice generation:

Your logo and address in company settings will be printed on the invoice.
